Just as the title says, martial arts movie reviews. I can’t tell you how many sites I go to where they list a review of, say, Rumble in the Bronx, and the reviewer goes “meh”, because he’s comparing it to the Godfather Part 2 or whatever classic films they consider good. I wanted to create a place where martial art film lovers can go to get reviews from someone closer to our perspective. Namely me. I’d much rather compare Rumble to Enter the Dragon than a bloody Godfather film. In other words, if you’re looking for an insightful review of Tommy Lee Jones’ performance in No Country for Old Men, this isn’t the site for you. If you’re looking for an insightful look as to why Michael Jai White’s kicks were better in Blood and Bone as compared to Black Dynamite, then huzzah, you’re in the right place.
